Tariffs :
The prices indicated are for France, all tax included (French VAT) including postage and packaging.
For other countries, postage and packaging are calculated on global location. Please add the price of 53.85 € for zone A (European Union, Switzerland and Norway) 67.10 € for zone B (Eastern Europe (outside the EU and North Africa) 128.80 € for zone C (Outside North Africa, Canada, US, and the far and middle East) 164.70 € for zone D (other destinations.) Payment is only accepted in Euros. The editions will be billed according to the tariffs on the site www.villesdenuit.com at the moment of registering the purchase.
In the case of delivery to a country outside of the EU and the DOM TOMS, customs and tax charges that are charged on imports are also at the expense of the client. This must be verified on the importing of photograph editions in the country of delivery. In the case of payment refusal on any taxes, the charge for returning o sender must be also assured by the client.
In no case may these laws and amounts be charged to BdeE Prod, the owner of www.villedenuits.com.
Delivery and Delays :
BdeE prod takes great care in the preparation of parcels, so that your order reaches you in perfect condition and you can enjoy it fully!
Each type of picture is wrapped and packaged according to its characteristics.
BdeE Prod will work to the best of their ability to deliver orders within a period of 10 to 20 days in France, 15 to 30 days in the EU (Germany, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, France, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lichenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Chec Republic, UK, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.) and from 20 to 40 days in the rest of the world not including transportation delays.
In the case of supplementary delays BdeE Prod will inform the client of the foreseen date of availability. The delivery will take place during working hours to the delivery address indicated and validated on the order sheet.
The deliveries will be made by Collisimo, Chronosport International, or by private courier. The ‘tracked’ delivery is insured by La Poste. If you are not home at the time of delivery, La Poste will leave you a message telling you when they visited that will instruct you on how and where to collect your delivery from the depo within 15 days. A tracking number is attached to every parcel allowing you to follow the delivery online. To find your number, please access your client account. All orders returned due to a fault in the address will be at the expense of the client.
Upon receiving the order, it is the clients responsibility to verify the state of the photographs and not to accept them if they should be damaged upon arrival. The client must therefore fill in a ‘faults/damages form as well as an acknowledgement of revival form, at the relevant billing post office.
In the case of refusal of the parcel, the parcel must be returned t oBdeE Prod, accompanied with a ‘report of despoliations’ (Report 170) and the client must also keep a copy of this form.
This form should be addressed to BdeE Prod in order to follow the appeal of compensation. The client must also inform BdeE Prod by mail in order for them to either reimburse the client, or sent them a new edition having received the damaged edition. In the case of a visible problem, or of an evident problem of clear delivery, all handling of goods must be subject to a formal agreement between BdeE Prod and the client. This agreement allows them to obtain the replacement edition(s) at the exclusion of other indemnities and or damages and interest.
The goods must be returned in good state and in their original packaging. No indemnities may be reclaimed for late deliveries or for impaired editions.
